LOGO DESIGN & VISUAL IDENTITY
Developed a custom trip identity for a corporate conference in Costa Rica, designing a logo and visual system inspired by the destination. Applied the branding across all participant touchpoints, creating a cohesive and recognisable experience from pre-travel materials through on-site execution.
WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Designed and developed the conference website featuring event details, destination and resort information, travel logistics, and registration—serving as a centralised, user-friendly resource for attendees.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Created a cohesive email communication series to support the attendee journey from registration through departure. Designed branded templates and content layouts that balanced essential information with engaging visuals, helping participants stay informed while driving sign-ups for activities and event participation.
PRE-TRIP PACKAGE BRANDING
Designed printed ticket wallet packages for attendees to receive key travel information and airline tickets in a clear, organized format. Each package also included luggage tags and travel notices, all assembled into a branded envelope and mailed directly to participants—creating a polished and cohesive pre-travel experience.
ON-SITE TRIP BRANDING
Designed on-site materials to support and elevate the attendee experience from arrival onward. This included a large-format hospitality desk banner, a clearly designed schedule of events, and personalised welcome packages featuring name badges, invitations, and activity passes. Each element was created to ensure seamless communication while reinforcing a cohesive, branded experience throughout the trip.
APP DESIGN & USER EXPERIENCE
Designed image assets and built a conference mobile app using the SpotMe platform to centralise event information and enhance the attendee experience. Customised the interface to align with event branding while organising key features such as schedules, session details, attendee lists, and real-time updates for easy access and navigation.
